Spring 2007 - R.J. Mulligan's earns install and deck builder certification with Correct Deck composite decking products. The course covered product knowledge, install, and maintenance. The first deck/dock that we worked on received such praise that photos will soon be used for Correct Deck advertisement campaign. Take a look at our photos, by selecting the projects button.  

 

Fall 2006 - R.J. Mulligan's  finishes out the year with some large equipment purchases, allowing us to expand our list of services. This includes Pump Jack Staging, a professional quality paint sprayer, and numerous cabinet making jigs and tools. We are now happy to offer whole house painting services, installation of siding and trim of any type, and a higher quality line of cabinetry and built-ins.     

Winter 2005 - R.J. Mulligan's teams up with Wells Fargo with a merchant account. This allows us to accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. With the purchase of a mobile terminal, this will allow us to give our customers a receipt on site at their home. 

Winter 2005 - Rob Mulligan has been accepted by The Forum to write articles for their Newspaper. This paper is a local news print for the towns of Deerfield, Nottingham, Northwood, and Candia. The paper can be found at local convenience stores, coffee shops, and gas stations. Plus they are on line at www.forumhome.org  check out the home and health section.

Spring 2005 - R.J. Mulligan's has acquired Custom Pool Decks, of New Hampshire.  The Custom Pool Decks will be producing superior deck for the above ground pool market. Mulligan's has teamed up with Harvey Industries as an authorized dealer of exterior doors and vinyl replacement windows.  This partnership will give our customers the best of both worlds, quality craftsmanship and great products.
