Rob, thank you again for the great job you
and your crew did replacing my roof last week! Not only have we come through
the first big rain and windstorm since then without a drop, or should I say,
drip - but I'm actually looking forward to winter this year, knowing I won't
be worried about what might happen this year. It looks fantastic and fits in
great with its surroundings. (Oh, and I'm so glad you caught and took care
of the lack of weather shielding around the chimney and also the ant
convention taking place up there!)
You've been such a big help; so many of the people I've contacted for
various things over the past couple of years have either not responded at
all, or made it clear that the 'little' projects I needed addressed weren't
important enough for them to be bothered. You've always been straightforward
with me, too, and sent me in another direction when you felt it was the
right thing to do. I appreciate that - so often I've found myself wondering
whether the answer I was getting from others was the best that I could get,
but I've always felt comfortable and confident that you were being upfront
with me.
Let's see - so far we've done a few small 'touch-up' things inside...
replaced the slider - what a difference that made!... replaced the roof...
Not to mention your advice on several questions I've had! What's next?
Bathroom renovation? Kitchen?
Whatever it will be, I can't wait to see how it turns out!
Thanks again,
Anne McKivergan
